How It Works
Start to FinishFrom browse to delivery, in six steps.
Horti Club Nurseries has been growing and selling plants since 2001. We run two physical nurseries in Faisalabad and Lahore, and sell online through this Shopify store. We are not a reseller or dropshipper. The plants you order come from our own nurseries.
Your order journey
Six clear steps from choosing a plant to getting it at your door.
1. Browse and choose
Pick a plant on the website. Filter by type, light, or city availability if you want.
2. Select city and order
Choose Faisalabad or Lahore as your delivery city, then place the order at checkout.
3. Confirm on WhatsApp
You get an order confirmation message on WhatsApp with Confirm and Cancel buttons. We pack only after you confirm.
4. Picked and packed
We pick, quality-check, and pack your plant at whichever of our two nurseries (Faisalabad or Lahore) is closest to your delivery address.
5. Delivered by our team
Our own dispatch team or local riders deliver. Orders are delivered in 2–4 working days. Standard delivery is Rs 300 in Faisalabad and Rs 550 in Lahore. Oversized orders are charged a higher rate shown at checkout.
6. Pay how you prefer
Pay by Bank Deposit or Cash on Delivery. Wallet payments like JazzCash and EasyPaisa are coming soon.
Returns and refunds
Live plants need careful handling after delivery. If something goes wrong, our rules are on the Refunds & Returns page. Please read that before requesting a return or refund.
