Shipping & Delivery

Horti Club Nurseries delivers fresh plants from our own nurseries in Faisalabad and Lahore. Delivery details for your order are confirmed at checkout.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer at checkout.

We are also adding Credit and Debit Card payments through RapidPay, a secure payment gateway. Once enabled, you will be able to select Card as your payment method at checkout, where you will be redirected to RapidPay's encrypted payment page to enter your card details and complete your purchase. Horti Club Nurseries does not store any card details, RapidPay processes and secures all card transactions directly.

Where we deliver

  • Faisalabad and Lahore: Standard online delivery is available.
  • Other cities: Possible on a case-by-case basis. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we will confirm if we can deliver and what it will cost.

Delivery times

  • Faisalabad and Lahore: 2–4 working days.
  • Other cities: Typically 3 to 6 days, once we confirm delivery with you on WhatsApp.

Delivery charges

For normal plants that can be delivered by bike in Faisalabad or Lahore, shipping is a flat Rs. 550.

Free shipping applies when your cart total is Rs. 20,000 or more (progress toward that is shown in the cart).

If a plant is too large to ship safely by motorbike (for example tall palms or bulky trees), shipping charges will vary. In that case we will contact you by email and WhatsApp to confirm the delivery cost before the order goes out. You can also message us before ordering oversized plants.

Nursery pickup

You are welcome to pick up your order from either nursery. Addresses and timings are on our Contact page.

Other cities

For cities outside Faisalabad and Lahore, contact us on WhatsApp. We will confirm feasibility, timing, and cost based on your order.

Our plant photos

Product photos on this site are live, unedited images taken at our nurseries. No special lighting effects, no AI generation, and no heavy editing. You are looking at raw nursery photos of the kind of plant you will receive. Natural variation in living plants still applies.
