By browsing or placing an order on nurseries.horticlub.com.pk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Horti Club Nurseries is a sole proprietorship (NTN 30643015), registered office: House No. 227/C, Eden Gaden, East Canal Road, Faisalabad. We grow and sell live plants from our own nurseries in Faisalabad and Lahore (DHA Phase 8). We are not a dropshipper. Plants on this store come from our physical nurseries.

Live plants and garden goods are natural products. Size, leaf shape, colour, and pot colour can vary slightly from photos. Small natural variation is normal and is not a defect.

Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before we pack it. You will get a message with Confirm and Cancel options. If an order is not confirmed, we may cancel it so we do not dispatch plants that were never accepted.

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Available payment methods currently include Bank Deposit and Cash on Delivery. Wallet payments are being added. Listed prices may change without notice. The price you see at checkout for that order is the price that applies.

Delivery is currently offered in Faisalabad and Lahore. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. For full delivery details, see our Shipping policy.

Live plants need careful handling after delivery. Our refund and return rules are in the Refunds & Returns policy. Please read that page before requesting a return or refund.

We take care in growing, packing, and delivering plants. We are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, courier delays beyond our team, or plant damage after a successful delivery and handover. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
