When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, delivery address, payment details related to your order, and messages you send us.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver orders
- To verify payments (COD, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer)
- To reply on WhatsApp or email about your order
- To send email newsletters and WhatsApp marketing updates about plants, offers, and nursery news
Marketing and opting out
We may send email newsletters and WhatsApp marketing. You can discontinue either at any time by asking us to stop (reply on WhatsApp or use unsubscribe links in emails where available).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share what is needed with payment providers, delivery partners, or Shopify (our store platform) to complete your order.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. Account details for online payments are shown at checkout. After you send payment, we verify it and then dispatch your order. There is no extra COD fee at this time. Faisalabad and Lahore each have designated WhatsApp numbers (see Contact).
